“Design + Power”
Power is embedded in every system; political, material, technological, and metaphorical. In this first of two sessions for our final workshop, you’ll reflect on key insights from the course, identify a pressing social issue, and explore how design might intervene. Your team will map the issue’s power dynamics, remix familiar card game mechanics, and begin prototyping an interactive Design+Power Card game system to spark dialogue and reimagine power for Design Week.
